Join us for the premiere of the Climate Africa Warsha, a pioneering initiative designed to enhance renewable energy and climate change journalism across Africa. This event, hosted by the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) and its partners, promises to be a key gathering for media professionals to engage in meaningful collaborations, share valuable insights, and participate in empowering discussions that promote sustainability.

The Climate Africa Warsha comprises a series of quarterly 2-hour online sessions specifically tailored for media professionals. Each session aims to foster collaboration, share insights, and stimulate ongoing discussions that elevate the quality of renewable energy and climate change reporting on the continent. Our inaugural event will highlight the essential role of climate journalism in increasing awareness and inspiring action towards a sustainable African future.

We are honored to have H.E. Professor Yemi Osinbajo, Former Vice President of Nigeria and Global Advisor for GEAPP, as our keynote speaker. He will offer his expert insights on the pivotal importance of climate journalism in shaping our world.
