New York
- Lead in calculating GEAPP’s direct and NICRA (Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement)
- Support in implementing financial controls to safeguard organizational assets and data integrity.
- Proactively support the award manager and grant accountant in their efforts: *Expense allocations * Financial / Compliance KPIs (burn rate, unspent balance, etc.) *Variances analysis, and *budget revisions/reallocations, etc.). * Financial / Compliance KPIs (burn rate, unspent balance, etc.).
New Delhi
- Fully qualified lawyer in India, US, UK or other common law jurisdiction
- At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience focused on general corporate, commercial, financing and other transactional matters, gained in an international environment at a law firm and/or within an in-house legal team
New York
- At least 10 years barred in the US – ideally NY & DC, with at least 3 years of experience working inside 501(c)(3) organizations. Non-US tax return compliance. VAT exposure and planning
- Additional legal experience can include general corporate, commercial, and transactional matters gained in an international environment at a law firm and/or within an in-house legal team

Our global team currently sits across 14 countries, working together daily across 12 time zones toward our collective impact. In our first two years, we have expanded energy access to 1.2m people, created over 600,000 new jobs, and averted 147 MT of CO2e emissions.
But we have barely scratched the surface, and with the threat of climate change here and accelerating, we are looking to bring more dedicated team members ready to create action.
