Partnering: a field guide

After nearly two years of discovery, exploration, and learning, GEAPP has put together a framework for effective partnering: the behaviors, practices and system (processes, tools, organizational infrastructure) that will enable us to truly become an Alliance with collaboration at our core.

This approach comes at an especially interesting time in the Alliance’s evolution. It seeks to offer clarity on how we engage with each other, and how GEAPP ourselves must begin to behave and act.

Shown here in the form of a Field Guide, the GEAPP Partnerships Approach is a “living approach” meant to be adaptive and reflective as we progress.

The Approach, we hope, will help guide us as we build a movement with “alliancing” at our core, and become what this network has always been envisioned to be:  the alliance changing energy for good.
