  • Ravi Venkatesan is a global business leader, author, and philanthropist with extensive experience across technology, manufacturing, and social impact sectors. He is the founder of the Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME), an initiative focused on driving job creation through entrepreneurship. Ravi currently serves as the Chairman of the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP), supporting efforts to accelerate the global energy transition.

    Previously, Ravi held leadership roles as the Chairman of Microsoft India, where he was instrumental in driving significant growth and innovation, and as the Chairman of Bank of Baroda. He has also served on the boards of several major organizations, including Rockefeller Foundation, Infosys, and UNICEF.

    Ravi is the author of “Conquering the Chaos: Win in India, Win Everywhere”, offering insights into leadership and doing business in emerging markets. With a passion for solving global challenges, Ravi combines his expertise in governance, corporate leadership, and social entrepreneurship to drive impactful solutions. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in engineering from IIT Bombay.

  • Dr. Rajiv Shah is a distinguished leader in global development and humanitarian efforts, currently serving as the President of the Rockefeller Foundation, where he drives bold initiatives to advance health, equity, and sustainability worldwide. Under his leadership, the foundation has focused on transformative projects, including renewable energy, pandemic preparedness, and economic empowerment.

    Previously, Dr. Shah served as the Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) from 2010 to 2015, becoming the youngest person to hold the role. During his tenure, he led initiatives that redefined U.S. foreign assistance, particularly in combating poverty, improving food security, and responding to global crises such as the Haiti earthquake and the Ebola outbreak.

    Before USAID, Rajiv held key leadership roles at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where he worked on global health, agriculture, and financial services programs to support underserved communities.
    Dr. Shah holds an M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.Sc. in Health Economics from the London School of Economics, and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Michigan. Widely recognized for his innovative leadership and impact, he continues to champion solutions that address global challenges and improve lives on a systemic scale.

  • Dr. Andrew Steer is a leading global expert on sustainable development, climate policy, and economic transformation. He currently serves as Professor of Practice at the London School of Economics’ Global School of Sustainability and International Growth Centre, and as Distinguished Research Professor of Practice at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, where his work focuses on accelerating just, equitable, and high-impact climate and development solutions.

    Previously, Sir Andrew served as President and CEO of the Bezos Earth Fund, where he led one of the world’s largest philanthropic efforts dedicated to climate and nature. During his tenure, he oversaw the deployment of the Fund’s $10 billion commitment, advancing breakthrough initiatives in clean energy, nature protection, food systems, and environmental justice, and forging partnerships that catalyzed impact across continents.

    Before joining the Earth Fund, he was the President and CEO of the World Resources Institute (WRI), significantly expanding its global influence and deepening its contributions to climate, energy, forests, and sustainable cities. Earlier in his career, Sir Andrew spent nearly three decades at the World Bank, serving in senior leadership positions—including as Special Envoy for Climate Change—and advising governments on policies that link economic growth with environmental stewardship.

    A distinguished economist, Sir Andrew holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout his career, he has been a trusted advisor to heads of state, international organizations, philanthropies, and private sector leaders, shaping global approaches to climate action, sustainable development, and economic resilience.

  • Alan Jope is a seasoned global business leader and former Chief Executive Officer of Unilever, one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies. Alan joined Unilever in 1985 and worked for a total of 11 years in the UK, 14 years in North America, and 13 years in Asia (Thailand, China, Singapore). He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2019 and retired from Unilever in 2023. Under his leadership, he focused on driving growth through sustainability, innovation, and purpose-led strategies. Alan has been a vocal advocate for businesses prioritizing environmental and social impact alongside profitability.

    Alan joined the Board of Accenture in April 2023, and is Chair of The Leverhulme Trust, the UK’s largest private sector funder of non-medical academic research. He is also Chair of the Imperial Business School Advisory Board, sits on the Boards of the Mastercard Foundation and the Global Energy Alliance, and is a Commissioner on the Global Commission on Modern Slavery.

    Alan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Edinburgh University, Scotland. He graduated from Harvard Business School’s General Management Program in 2001 and CEO Programme in 2019, and is a Visiting Fellow at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.

    Alan is a UK citizen and US permanent resident. He is married, has three adult children, and spends his time between homes in Edinburgh, London, and Connecticut.

  • Keryn James is a seasoned global business leader with extensive experience in driving sustainability, environmental solutions, and corporate growth. As the former CEO of ERM (Environmental Resources Management), the world’s largest pure-play sustainability consultancy, Keryn spearheaded innovative strategies to help businesses address environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges.

    Throughout her 30-year career at ERM, Keryn held senior leadership roles across operations, business development, and client services, working internationally to deliver impactful solutions for multinational organizations. Her leadership was pivotal in aligning ERM’s operations with sustainability goals, ensuring businesses thrive while minimizing their environmental footprint.

    Keryn is a recognized advocate for corporate sustainability and climate action, advising organizations and boards on integrating responsible business practices. Her work highlights the importance of balancing economic performance with long-term environmental stewardship.

  • Jasandra Nyker is a distinguished investment executive and entrepreneur with over 27 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and CleanTech investments. Recognized globally for her strategic vision and operational excellence, she has successfully managed and deployed over $1 billion in capital across clean energy projects in Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, with a focus on advancing the global energy transition.

    As the former CEO of BioTherm Energy, Jasandra transformed a struggling business into a leading clean energy platform, driving significant shareholder value through strategic acquisitions and exits. At Nala Renewables Limited, she expanded the project pipeline to 3.4GW across 13 countries, overseeing $400 million in equity commitments and scaling initiatives in solar, energy storage, and wind.

    Jasandra’s leadership extends to her roles as Managing Director at Denham Capital Management, where she specialized in power, mining, and commodities investments, and as a fund manager for clean energy initiatives at PCG Asset Management and Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. She has held influential positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Lehman Brothers, and Brait Private Equity, further showcasing her expertise in finance and strategy.

    Currently, Jasandra serves as Managing Partner at Saja Climate Partners, where she catalyzes transformational investments in energy transition projects with a focus on the Global South. An advisor to the World Economic Forum on Responsible Renewables Infrastructure, she is a recognized thought leader in sustainable development.

    Jasandra holds an MBA from London Business School, where she was a Merrill Lynch Scholar, and continues to align economic growth with environmental stewardship in her work and advocacy.

  • Dr. Yibing Wu

    Dr. Yibing Wu is President of China and Joint Head of the Enterprise Development Group at Temasek, where he plays a leading role in advancing the firm’s strategic investments and partnerships across China.

    He joined Temasek in October 2013, bringing with him a unique blend of experience spanning management consulting, corporate leadership, and private equity.

    Prior to Temasek, Dr. Wu served as President of CITIC Private Equity Funds Management, a China-focused investment firm with over US$13 billion in assets under management. Concurrently, he was Chairman and CEO of Goldstone Investment Co., the direct investment arm of CITIC Securities.

    Dr. Wu began his career at McKinsey & Company in 1996, where he rose to Senior Partner and Head of the Asia-Pacific M&A Practice. As General Manager of McKinsey’s Beijing office, he advised some of China’s largest enterprises on mergers, IPOs, and corporate restructuring. In 2005, he was seconded to Lenovo Group, where he led the landmark acquisition and integration of IBM’s PC business. During his time at Lenovo, he held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Integration Officer, and CIO. He later joined Lenovo’s parent company, Legend Holdings, as Executive Vice President, overseeing business operations and direct investments.

    Dr. Wu holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Science and Technology of China.

    Throughout his career, Dr. Wu has demonstrated a consistent ability to bridge operational execution with strategic investment insight, making him a key figure in advancing innovation and enterprise growth in China and beyond.

  • Dr Hector Morales Jr

    The Honorable Hector E. Morales, Jr is a Managing Director at Macquarie Capital and Chairman for Latin America of its Infrastructure and Energy Capital (IEC) division. In this role, he oversees IEC’s principal business origination, provides guidance on investment execution, serves as a director on portfolio companies, and spearheads its government interactions in Latin America.

    Mr. Morales has more than 20 years of experience in Latin America as an investor, banker, lawyer, and diplomat, and holds the unique distinction of having served as the senior US political appointee at the two major multilateral institutions in the Western Hemisphere.

    Under President Bush and then President Obama, he served as the US Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States. Prior to the OAS, he served as US Executive Director to the Inter-American Development Bank.

    Prior to his government service, Mr. Morales held several senior executive positions at financial, legal and energy firms operating in Latin America and the US. He began his career in private practice as a corporate attorney.

    He is a member of the national board of the National Audubon Society and the advisory boards of the Inter-American Foundation, Woodrow Wilson Center Latin America Program, and Proyecto Mirador.

    Mr. Morales received his JD from the University of Texas School of Law and his BA from Columbia University.
