Andrea is GEAPP’s Monitoring and Knowledge Manager, with deep expertise in sustainable development, evaluation, and learning. She holds a Master’s in Development Studies from LSE and a BA in International Relations from El Colegio de México, leading the design of innovative monitoring, evaluation and learning systems that drive measurable, systemic impact.
