Felix is an energy economist and program evaluator with over 10 years in the energy sector. He has held roles at RMI, Malawi’s Electricity Generation Company, and the World Energy Council. Felix holds an MPhil in Program Evaluation from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor’s in Social Science.
