Jessica Anderen became CEO of the IKEA Foundation in January 2024, bringing over 30 years of global leadership experience from across the IKEA value chain. She previously served as CEO and Chief Sustainability Officer at IKEA Switzerland, where she championed diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.

A passionate advocate for value-based leadership, innovation, and social impact, Ms. Anderen also holds several board positions and advises on social entrepreneurship. She studied economics in Sweden and is known for her purpose-driven approach, guided by the mantra: “be the change, lead with purpose.”
