Navneet joined GEAPP from Smart Power India (SPI) as the business development manager for the Solar Rooftop for the Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) program. He leads strategic partnerships and is responsible for driving the on-ground program.

He has worked with several large renewable energy companies, including Adani Solar and Sterling and Wilson. Previously, he led business development and channel sales at Jakson Engineers Limited (JEL). Navneet has successfully onboarded multiple implementation partners through his strong network of manufacturers and channel partners.

Navneet holds an MBA from S. P. Jain Institute of Management, a Master’s in telecommunications engineering, and a postgraduate diploma in electronics.
