Senior Associate, Demand, Jobs, and Livelihoods

Chipo Hamukoma is the Senior Associate  for Demand Jobs and Livelihood based in South Africa. Her work specialises in the intersection of policy making, philanthropy, and social impact organisations, working to unify multi-stakeholder groups around bold visions and pragmatic delivery plans that tackle some of Africa’s most wicked problems.

She has worked as an implementor, a donor, and a policy advisor to institutions and governments on issues such as youth employment, urbanisation and the future of work, most notably in Morocco, South Africa, Nigeria, and Ghana. She was previously the Head of Funder Partnerships & Strategic Projects Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator, a South African based youth employment organisation.
