Claire is the HR Manager for the Africa region at GEAPP, where she provides end-to-end HR services to the GEAPP Africa team.

She has been in the Human Resources and Talent Management space for the last thirteen years. She started her career in the banking industry and later transitioned to KPMG where she worked in the HR consulting arm of the firm. She has also worked for several start-ups with presence in various countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. Her areas of expertise include strategy development and execution, workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and organizational development.

Claire holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and a Master’s in Management and Organizational Development, both earned from the United States International University, Africa.
