Hariom joined GEAPP from Smart Power India (SPI) and leads on-ground program implementation and demand generation in Bihar and Jharkhand. He supports mini-grid developers in customer acquisition and demand generation through community engagement. Hariom develops microenterprises by creating market and financial linkages for entrepreneurs.

He has extensive implementation experience in financial inclusion programs. He previously worked with EKO India Financial Services, where he facilitated access to finance for migrant workers and led a large-scale gender sensitization program.

He holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in sociology.
