Nderaisho is currently the Risk Director in the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP). She is an accomplished, self-starter and highly dynamic Ethics, Risk and Compliance Executive Professional offering years of experience and is known for excellence in offering top notch integrity, internal audit, risk, and compliance services across diverse industries. Nderaisho has demonstrated capabilities in embedding robust risk and compliance frameworks including privacy, mitigating risks of third-party engagements, ESG reviews, fraud, bribery, and corruption, and conducting investigations into allegations of misconduct for various cross industry clients. Strong communication with the ability to build and nurture excellent working relationships with key stakeholders and industry professionals.

She joins the organization after approximately seven years in GlaxoSmithKline where she consistently grew from supporting Kenya & East Africa, to expanding her role into South Africa and Partner Markets with the objective of ensuring she enabled the organization meet it’s commercial objectives while maintaining a robust control environment hence retaining it’s license to operate.She began her career in KPMG in the Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance department. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Kenyatta University, an International Post graduate Diploma in Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management, UK and is a Leadership Professional in Ethics and Compliance governed by the Board of the Ethics & Compliance Certification Institute. She is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya.
