Seema joined GEAPP from Smart Power India (SPI) where she led finance and operations for over six years. She has built and rolled out systems and processes related to finance and compliance. Seema works closely with SPI’s board members and the RF finance team on matters pertaining to governance.

She has 24 years of experience managing finance, audit, administration, and IT functions in leading development organizations such as Save the Children, The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), and Water Aid. She previously led finance and operations at Marie Stopes India. Seema is a Chartered Accountant.
