Shoaib joined GEAPP from Smart Power India (SPI). He is responsible for financial reporting, monitoring budgets, reviewing daily accounting operations, facilitating statutory audits, adherence to statutory compliances and processes, employee payroll processing, bank liasoning and cash flow statements.

Shoaib has over 13 years of experience in finance operations in the development sector. Prior to this, he has worked with organizations such as – Sesame Workshop India, GIZ India & CARE India. His overall work experience comprises of the following areas – Organizational Budgeting, Grant Management & MIS Reporting, FCRA Compliances, Developing Internal Control process, Accounting and ERP, Statutory Audits, Banking and Treasury management, Payroll & other related compliances. Additional experience of Management of Procurement and Administration.

Shoaib is a MBA Finance and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
