Victor is a renewable energy professional with ten years of cumulative experience working in the sub-Saharan Africa energy space. He has developed wind, solar and small hydropower plants to power development in the continent.

At the Alliance, he is working to end energy poverty by dramatically expanding access to clean, reliable energy to power enterprise-driven development. His focus is on promoting and adopting innovations to reduce the cost of distributed renewables, thereby increasing energy access to poor and vulnerable underserved communities.

In his spare time, he is a tech enthusiast interested in renewable energy generation and storage, the internet of things (IoT), edge AI, and emerging high-impact technologies in power, communications, and transport.
