Request for Proposal
The Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) invites proposals for the Prequalification of Service Providers to support the setup and operationalization of Country Delivery and Monitoring Units (CDMUs) under Mission 300—a pan-African initiative to electrify 300 million people by 2030. Prequalified firms will enter into Master Services Agreements and may be invited to support government-led compact delivery efforts across multiple African countries.
Interested service providers must submit proposals (max 12 pages, PDF format) by 4 August 2025 at 12 PM ET / 5 PM WAT / 7 PM EAT. Proposals should be emailed to contractsgeappafrica@energyalliance.org. Clarification questions are due by 23 July 2025.
